Jay Leno launched from the hospital after burn accidents


Jay Leno has been discharged from the hospital after sustaining burn accidents in a gasoline fireplace about 9 days in the past.

The previous “Tonight Present” host, 72, was discharged from Grossman Burn Heart in Los Angeles on Monday, the Heart introduced in an announcement, together with sharing a photograph of the comic with some members of his care workforce.

“Comic Jay Leno was launched from the Grossman Burn Heart as we speak,” the hospital stated in a press launch. “Jay will obtain follow-up care on the Grossman Outpatient Burn Clinic for burns to his face, chest and palms he acquired throughout a fireplace at his house storage.”

Leno, an avid car collector, had been working beneath a car on when he was burned. He has undergone two surgical procedures to deal with his accidents, Dr. Peter Grossman, his doctor, beforehand introduced.

“I’m happy with Jay’s progress, and I’m optimistic that he’ll make a full restoration,” Grossman stated Monday.
