AP Prime 25 ballot: LSU inches up barely after two prime groups fall


Oregon and UCLA each acquired stunning upset losses on Saturday, and each upsets had an impact on the most recent Related Press Top 25 college football poll.

Oregon lost to Washington and UCLA fell to Arizona in main losses that may have penalties for when the most recent School Soccer Playoff rankings come out Tuesday. The losses meant LSU and USC moved again up the ballot after wins towards Arkansas and Cal respectively.

The final time two top-10 PAC-12 groups misplaced at dwelling throughout the identical weekend got here in October 2014, when Arizona topped then-No. 2 Oregon and Utah defeated then-No. 8 UCLA.

Georgia remained at No. 1 after a bye and must play Kentucky, who surprisingly misplaced to Vanderbilt. No. 2 Ohio State received by two touchdowns over Northwestern. 

No. 3 Michigan, No. 4 TCU and No. 5 Tennessee held their spots.
